The official Asana MCP server (V2, launched February 2026) provides 44 tools covering tasks, projects, goals, portfolios, and teams — making it the most comprehensive productivity MCP available. It uses OAuth with Streamable HTTP transport at mcp.asana.com and replaced the deprecated V1 server in May 2026. AI agents can now create and assign tasks, update project status, query portfolios, and manage team workloads directly from Claude or Cursor.
